These are just basic Ceremonies. You're more than welcome to create your own, as long as the point gets across.

Apprenticeship Ceremony;;;
"KIT'S NAME, you have reached the age
of six moons, so it is now time for you to
become an Apprentice. KIT'S NAME, until
you have recieved you Warrior name, you
will be known as APPRENTICE'S NAME.
WARRIOR'S NAME, you are able to take on
an Apprentice. You will mentor APPRENTICE'S
NAME. I hope you will pass on everything
you've learned to this young Apprentice."
Apprentice to Warrior Ceremony;;;
"I, LEADERS NAME, Leader of CLAN NAME,
call upon my Warrior Ancestors to look down
on this Apprentice. S/He has trained hard to
understand the ways of your noble code, and
I commend him/her to you as a Warrior in
his/her turn. APPRENTICES NAME, do you
promise to uphold the Warrior Code and keep
this clan safe, even at the cost of your life?"
APPRENTICE'S ANSWER
"Then by the powers of Starclan, I give you your
warrior name. APPRENTICES NAME, from this
moment on you will be known as WARRIOR
NAME. Starclan honours you for your WHATEVER
and we welcome you as a full Warrior of CLAN NAME."
Deputy Ceremony;;;
"The time has come to appoint the new deputy. I
say these words before Starclan, That the spirits
of our ancestors will hear and approve my choice.
WARRIOR'S NAME will be the new Deputy."
Elder's Ceremony;;;
"CAT'S NAME, is it your wish to give up the name of a Warrior and go to join the Elders?"
CAT'S ANSWER
"Your Clan honours you and all the service you have given us. I call upon StarClan to give you many seasons of rest."
Medicine Cat Ceremony;;;
"CAT'S NAME, do you promise to uphold the ways of a medicine cat, to stand apart from the rivalry between Clan and Clan, and to protect all the cats equally, even at the cost of your life?"
MCA's ANSWER
"Then by the powers of StarClan I give you your true name as a medicine Cat. CAT'S NAME, from this moment you will be known as NEW NAME."
(This takes place at Moonstone!! For MC apprentices, it is just a normal Apprentice ceremony!!)
